Our deal was pretty straight forward. We lost the blower on a gas furnace split system that is 12 years old. We had a service contract already with the company that installed the Goodman air conditioner last spring, so we did not get 3 quotes. When they did the work last year, they wanted $1050 to install a similar furnace and we declined since there were no problems.
