I chose the first bid on the strength of the price and on the professionalism of the sales person. They’ve got a good reputation here as well. They are by far the smaller of the two companies, too. Probably have less overhead. The installation went well and the salesman showed up as they were giving the unit a trial run to thank me and invite me to call him with any questions. I appreciate customer service like that.”
